8. Shipping & Delivery
8.1 We aim to ship all in-stock items within 5 business days. Shipments typically require 2-7 business days for delivery within the contiguous US. Other durations apply for Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and international orders.
8.2 You will receive order tracking information when your package ships. Please inspect deliveries promptly to ensure intact, undamaged contents.
8.3 If expedited or rush shipping is required, additional charges will apply as shown during checkout or quoted by customer service. We cannot guarantee expedited orders will arrive by a specific date.
8.4 If an item is unavailable or we are otherwise unable to fulfill your complete order, you will be charged only for items shipped. Remaining balances will be promptly refunded or credited to your original payment method.
9. Returns & Refunds
9.1 If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
9.2 To obtain a refund, contact Customer Service to start an approved return request. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or alternate instructions.
9.3 Refunds will be processed once the return is received at our fulfillment center in sellable condition. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the funds to fully reflect in your account.
9.4 Any shipping charges paid for orders that are fully returned will also be refunded. You are responsible for return shipping costs for partial order returns.
10. Account Registration
10.1 You have the option to register for an account to facilitate faster checkout and access order histories, saved items and other features. There is no cost or obligation to register.
10.2 If registering, you agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update account changes. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
10.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are abusive, offensive or otherwise problematic at our discretion. You may delete your account anytime via your profile settings.
11. Third Party merchants
11.1 Third party retailers and merchants may offer products through our site. All related transactions, returns, exchanges, warranties and customer service are handled directly between you and the seller.
